Private Art Lesson Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to take private art lessons! My goal is to provide a fun, encouraging, and creative environment where each student can grow their artistic skills and confidence.

 

Lesson Packages

Private lessons are available as individual lessons or in a 4-lesson package. A 4-lesson package is recommended because it allows students to build skills progressively and get the most out of their instruction.

 

Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled in advance based on instructor and student availability. Your lesson time is reserved specifically for you.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

- Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

- No-shows will be not be refunded the session fee.

- If the instructor needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. Lesson packages must be paid in full before the first lesson unless otherwise arranged.

 

Lesson Packages & Expiration

4-lesson packages are intended to be completed within 2 months of the first lesson. Please communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance. Unused lessons are non-refundable after the package has begun.

 

Materials

Basic art materials will be provided as stated in the lesson description. Students may be asked to bring specific materials for certain projects.

 

Student Expectations

Students are expected to arrive ready to participate and respect the instructor, studio space, artwork, and materials.

 

Parent/Guardian Policy

For younger students, a parent or guardian should remain available during the lesson and provide any necessary information regarding the student's needs or allergies.

 

Lesson Location 

Private art lessons are held in the studio unless another location has been mutually agreed upon by in advance.

 

Refund Policy

Payments for completed lessons are non-refundable. Once a lesson package has begun, refunds will generally not be provided for unused lessons except at the instructor's discretion.
