By booking a class, camp, private party, or event with Painting with Lisa Grove, you agree to the following terms:

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot unless otherwise stated. Spaces are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Privacy & Safety

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the preparation of supplies and limited seating, all class registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at as soon as possible in advance. In some cases, we may offer a class credit for a future event. In the case of Painting with Lisa Grove cancelling or rescheduling a class, the option to have funds refunded will be available or transferred to a future class.

Private Party Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of package cost is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event. No supplies or instruction will be provided until full payment is received.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class or event. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and class time may not be extended.

Children’s Classes & Camps

For drop-off classes or camps, parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and notify us of any allergies, medical concerns, or special accommodations needed. Children must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.

Behavior Policy

We strive to provide a fun and safe environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class or event without a refund.

Photography & Marketing

We may photograph classes, camps, and events for promotional purposes on our website and social media. Please notify us in writing before the event if you do not wish for you or your child to be photographed.

Liability

Participants understand that crafting and painting activities may involve materials that can stain clothing or cause minor messes. Painting with Lisa Grove is not responsible for damaged clothing or personal belongings.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to low enrollment, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel an event, participants will receive a refund or class credit.
